Our Story
Founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife team Wongwich "Ack" Sripinyo and Nontawan "Taam" Chitwattanagorn, Sri Trat was born from a deep love for the authentic flavors of Trat province.
The restaurant honors the recipes of Ack's mother, whose portrait — wearing her beauty queen crown — graces our iconic brick wall. Every dish is prepared exactly as it would be in their hometown, using fresh ingredients sourced from small producers in the eastern region.
